I started my track career competing with the Mount Airy Track Club in 2000 and competed primarily in jumps and sprints. In 2010 I left Mount Airy Track Club and joined Infinity Track Club during its inaugural year. I competed with Infinity Track Club for two years before leaving to become a Division II student athlete with California University of Pennsylvania's Track and Field team. After competing 1 year with CalU, I transferred to Temple University as a Division I student athlete scholarship recipient. While in college I competed in the long jump and I ended my collegiate career also competing in the 400m Hurdles. Following my college graduation I joined the Infinity Track club as a coach during the summer of 2016. I primarily coach sprints, jumps, and relays. In 2018 I became USATF level 1 certified. In addition to coaching with Infinity Track Club , I coach the high school and middle school track and field programs at Friend's Central. Additionally I officiate UAGTCA and AAU sponsored events during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
